Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 200 g butter
- 2 spoons of baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 cups of wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
Preparation
Knead all ingredients in a bowl. Put in the freezer for approx. Half an hour. Thanks to this, shortbread cookies will really be shortbread and it will be easier for us to prepare them.
Roll out thin pancakes (approx. 3-4 mm) on a flour-covered boarder (or countertop or a clean table). Punch out fun cookies (any shape).
Bake in a preheated oven with hot air (200 degrees C) for about 10 minutes – remembering the parchment on the baking tray! Shortbread cookies are ready – enjoy your meal!
Butter cookies
Ingredients
- 250g wheat flour
- 90g icing sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 190g butter, cold
Preparation
Knead the dough ingredients into a homogeneous mass. (Cut the butter into small pieces first). Wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Knead the cooled dough and roll it out on a flour-covered countertop to a thickness of approx. 5 mm. Punch any shape out of the dough with a mold and place them at intervals on a baking tray lined with baking paper. (Three cookie sheets come out).
Bake in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes, one sheet after another, at 180 ° C (top-down heater) until the cookies lightly brown. Leave to cool after baking.
Warning! Butter and egg should be cold, straight from the fridge.
Cake with chocolate pieces
- 250 g butter
- 3/4 cup fine sugar for baking
- 1 egg
- 2.5 cups of wheat flour
- half a teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 150 g chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips
- 1 cup fairly chopped nuts, e.g. walnuts, hazelnuts
All ingredients should be at room temperature.
Put butter and sugar in a mixing bowl, grate until light and fluffy. Add egg, grind to combine. Add flour, soda, salt and mix thoroughly. Add nuts and chocolate to the mass, mix briefly.
Heat the oven to 200ºC. Make small walnut-sized balls from the mass, place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, keeping spaces. They can also be slightly flattened. Bake for about 10-15 minutes. Cool on the grill.
Coconut cookies
Ingredients
- 200g coconut
- 50g butter
- 2 proteins
- 120g sugar
Preparation
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add coconut and mix. Set aside to cool. Proteins beat to stiff foam. Subsequently, continue whipping, gradually add sugar. Stir whipped whites gently with a spoon into a cold coconut. (The mass is quite thick).
Line with a spoon on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving space between the cookies. You can gently form the mass with your fingers so that the coconuts are fairly round, but do not stick in advance. The nice ones will come out if they are torn. Bake in a preheated oven, one tray after another, about 15 minutes. until golden brown at 180 ° C.
